Golf Club Rental

OUR RENTAL POLICY : 

• 01 Passport /group will be kept until you return rental equipment’s
• The maximum Hire Period is 9 hours & Returning in the same day by 19:30 is compulsory.

+ Surcharge  50.000/ hour if  Equipment not being returned on time

+ Rental fee/18 holes .  You must pay more one time rental fee If playing more than 18 holes .

• You will be charged one day’s rental if  returning the next  day .
• Don’t take out plastic Film cover on clubs , it protect our clubs.
• Paying 50.000 vnd for penalty if  removing it.
• You are solely responsible for the equipment. You are obligated to return in the same condition. The customer will  be charged for any damages.
• You must compensate for lost clubs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation made 48 hours prior to the confirmed tee time will not be charged any penalty
• Cancellation made from 48 hours to 24 hours prior to the confirmed tee time will be charged 50% of the total rental fee
• Cancellation made within 24 hours until the confirmed tee time will be charged in full of the total rental fee.
